I'm run XP10 front, XP8 rear on the track. Brilliant setup. Combined with the Way Brake ducts and RBF600 fluid I get virtually no brake fade, even after 4 sessions in AZ summer heat.

Switched to a XP12/XP10 set of pads after getting some pad transfer with Ferodo 2500 pads. These things are great. They warm up quickly and keep gripping better and better. No fad at all. Wear seems very good. They don't seem to be very harsh on the rotors. These are track only pads so the noise they make under light braking is never a problem. Neither is the lack of bite when they are cold. These are NOT for street driving.
When I purchased the Carbotech pads I matched them to a new set of rotors so before I to the track I change the pads and rotors all at once so that I do not have to mate the pads and rotors each time. Nice time savings and reduced worries about properly mating them each time.
