The M7 R56 Strut Tower Brace features anti-mushroom base plates that are about 1/2" thick. We decided to keep this design feature from the previous generation since mushrooming didn't seem to leave the design of the MINI. The M7 R56 Strut Tower Brace adds extra rigidity to the front of your MINI while enhancing the looks of your engine bay. We also kept the multi-piece design to allow service to the engine without having to remove the entire brace.

 

NOTE: This brace does not currently fit with the Unichip module or the JCW Cold Air Intake. The Alta Cold Air Intake will fit with modifications. A brace option for these applications will be available soon.
