Dead simple install, not much of a feel difference on 04 MCS hard top. Subtle and nice.

These work, it's an OE part so they dont throw money into manufacturing these for nothing.

Front end feels more planted, particularly in hard cornering. Less squirm over mid-corner bumps and more road feel without worsening the ride quality. These are a big help with interior rattles if you have them and should be offered with the poly motor mount - most of my vibrations are vastly less noticeable than they were with just the mount. Best $45 mod I've ever seen.
