Installed this insert today. I kept the stock smaller bushing. The car vibrates more taking off but then it smooths out to a very tolerable level. Way less vibration than the BSH lower mount, which rattled the whole interior. I love it.

Just installed these last night, took only 30 mins. I am currently Manic tuned stg 2+ on my 2010 MCS and this bad boy help take away most of the torque steer you encounter in the tune. My car makes less of a chewbaca noise ive been suffering from (mini guys thinks it the throw out bearing going out). If you have any hesitations to try these mounts, just buy them. You honestly wont look back. Vibrates slightly more when accelerating from a high gear at a low rpm (if your lazy to downshift lol) accelerating from a stop is so MUCH better.

Great feel no more sloppy engine Rock while accelerating and braking.
Only time I noticed the vibration is when the AC is on but Smooths out when you start move. I did expect a lot of vibration from what I read but not as bad as I thought highly recommends
