R60 Countryman Intercooler

Countryman R60 Front Mount Intercooler. This intercooler fits all MINI Countryman S models. This upgraded R60 intercooler bolts in the stock location. This intercooler still has plastic end tanks like the original, but is thinner and taller to improve the efficiency. The plastic will also retain less heat than intercoolers with metal end tanks.

When installing this intercooler you will need to trim the plastic trim that runs in front of the radiator, but behind the bumper support. This is a simple thing to do and is very minor to make it fit without rubbing on this plastic. From the outside of the car you can never even tell that it has been modified.
