This unit does not fit the 07-09 Mini-Cooper. (except convertible models) A new Cup-Link is coming soon for the 07-09's. The Cup-Link™ Cup Holder clamps securely to either or both down columns at the center of the MINI Cooper console. The Cup-Link™ Cup Holder can be adjusted securely with a screwdriver in just seconds. Replaced the stock cup holder with this since we were tired of the stock one adjusting our AC controls for us. Only gripe is wish it was 1/2 inch higher so it wouldn't hit the seat when accessing the back seats.
