Timing Chain Replacement kit for Turbo MINI Cooper S R55 R56 R57 R58 R59 R60. If you've heard the death rattle from the passenger side of your N14 or N18 engine here is your problem. The timing chain setup in the MINI engine is known to be a problem area. Many mechanics try to band aid fix it by just replacing the tensioner, but this is only a temporary fix and a risky one too. If your timing chain jumps time or even breaks your engine will be ruined costing you thousands more. This kit contains all the parts needed to replace timing chain kit properly. Kit is all Original MINI parts, not cheapo aftermarket.

N14 Kit includes:
Timing chain
Timing chain tensioner
Timing chain guides, all 3 of them
Crankshaft sprocket
Exhaust Camshaft sprocket
Camshaft sprocket bolts
Crankshaft sprocket bolt
Guide Bolts

N18 kit includes:
Timing chain
Timing chain tensioner
Timing chain guides, all 3 of them
Crankshaft sprocket
2 Camshaft sprocket bolts

NEW Cryo Treatment Option.
Selecting Cryo Treatment will upgrade the kit to include ALL metal parts chain, tensioner, sprockets, bolts to have been Cryogenic ally Treated. The Cryo treatment is a deep freeze of over neg 300 degrees to change the properties of the metal to prevent the chain from stretching and make it stronger. Our competitors have been offering this service at a really high price so we figured we would offer it at an affordable cost as we have done very large batch of cryo treated parts to get the price down.
